This guarantee covers all practice tests GoTraining offers with our partner, MeasureUp. MeasureUp is so confident that you will pass your certification exam after using the corresponding MeasureUp practice test, they guarantee it!
If you purchased a single-user license MeasureUp practice test and have failed the corresponding vendor exam twice within 60 days of purchase, you can receive a full refund for the practice test you purchased. A copy of both receipts showing the exam results and date of each failed exam must be provided to claim this guarantee. The MeasureUp Test Pass Guarantee is not applicable if you fail an exam before the purchase date of the equivalent MeasureUp practice test. If you claim this guarantee, online products will be removed from your test locker, download products must be deleted and CD-ROM products must destroyed.
This guarantee does not apply to other MeasureUp products such as Exam Vouchers, Online Courses or Assessments.
All refunds in accordance with the Test Pass Guarantee will be prorated to reflect any packaged, bundled or discounted pricing. Shipping is non-refundable.
